Classic tiramisu recipe without eggs. Traditional tiramisu is made by first separating eggs and then whipping both the yolks and whites separately with sugar. There is no baking, no tempering raw eggs, just mix, layer, and refrigerate. Place cookies side by side and continue until one layer is formed.

Too high will cause the egg to cook and clump, and must be cooked for the full 10 minutes, otherwise sugar grains will appear in your tiramisu. Follow steps 6 through 13 in the recipe to finish your tiramisu. Whip the cream till stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.

Add a few drops vanilla extract. Just beat four of the egg whites (use the whites leftover from the yolks) until stiff peaks form. Ready in about 10 minutes.

I found that i had to 1/2 the sugar. Beaten egg whites are used in classic tiramisu recipes to add air to the custard mixture. It is recommended to make the dessert a day in advance.
